Dinner time, n was looking for something local. Being Penangite, the local hawkers stall have been my favourite. Char Koay Teow came to my mind. However was being lazy at home and no transport, got to make do whatever I have.
Looking at the fridge, I have spaghetti, prawn. So decided fried spaghetti replacing koay teow which is only available in the wet market or supermarket. Rush to mini market nearby bought some chilli paste and bean sprout.
Firstly, boiled the spaghetti 5 - 7 min. (always check the texture.too long can turn very soft). Once is ok I actually put the spaghetti in the room temperature water.
Heat up the wok. Put in cooking oil & garlic. Fried until fragrant. Then add chinese sausage , prawn and ham.Dash some soya sauce.
Then add the spaghetti and some dash of dark soya sauce and chilil paste.. Fried for a minute and add an egg. Finally add the bean sprout.
Taste a bit . If you wish to eat spicier, add more chilli paste.
Voila - Bon Apetite!
